Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and dependable individual for full-time grounds and yard maintenance of multiple properties. Applicants having their own equipment a plus but must have transportation.

Responsibilities include:

• Mowing and cutting grass
• Edging and weed eating
• Weed control and general landscape upkeep
• Trimming hedges, shrubs and bushes
• Removing dead foliage from plants
• Maintaining flower beds and landscaped areas
• Keeping properties clean, neat and professionally maintained
• Removal of all trash and/or debris

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
• Must provide your own lawn care and landscaping equipment
• Experience in lawn and landscape maintenance preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
